Title Graphic for the Feature Film Buster's Mal Heart
Buster's Mal Heart is a 2016 surreal mystery film written, directed, and edited by Sarah Adina Smith. The title of the film is a direct reflection of the idea in the film of a man being split into two. The type was composed as a mirror of itself and the animation reveals the two titles connected being pulled apart from each other.
Title Graphic for the TV Series "HANNA"
Hanna is an American action drama web television series, based on the 2011 film of the same name, on Prime Video. The series was created and written by David Farr, directed by Sarah Adina Smith, and stars Esme Creed-Miles and Mireille Enos. HANNA is a genetically modified human who has wolf DNA. The title is a reduction of roman characters designed to abstract language as close to something visually more abstract and un-human. Each stroke is as if it were a chromosome arranged to spell the name.

Identity Design and Promotional Campaign for KPCC Radio
“Power to Public Radio.” This is KPCC’s current slogan. We wanted to work with this message as a starting point, and added to it “Power to Public Art .” By integrating public art with public radio we can begin to inscribe a visual language. The identity becomes a dynamic visual system influenced by local artists.
